2023 was transforming. Transformation isn't efficient. Quite the opposite. I felt triggered often during the holiday break: All the notes on how successful everyone and how amazing 2024 is about to be. I didn't feel successful, and often felt like 2024 was going to be challenging. Instead of creating something along the lines of "how to be successful" I wrote something for myself and you, those transforming, those trying something new, those starting something fresh, with the hopes for you to find more compassion, courage, and peace.
