How can leaders show they care, if people don’t speak up? My guest, Renée, enables leaders to step into their power to serve people during change and build trust by showing up for them. Renée is an award-winning communications professional with international corporate and NGO experiences. "Doing good” is her compass. • Reflect on your role as a leader and ask yourself:  How can I better be of service to my people? What's my role during change?
• Earn trust by working on your relationship with people: show up, and build security during change--people need to see you, feel your emotions, and know that you’re there for them if you want them to speak up
• Stay in consistent, in presence and in speech, and combine this with a willingness to be authentic and  expose yourself--model the behavior you expect of them
